GOT KIDS?


This organization meets monthly to engage Gay and Lesbian
families in activities such as hiking, snowtubing, rollerskating,
bowling, dining, and other exciting indoor/outdoor activites.

Our goal is to show our children that they are not alone. That
there are other children who have families like theirs. We are
looking to create friendships and strong bonds between the
children in the group so they feel accepted and supported.

We hope to establish a strong group of parents who are willing to
share their personal experiences with members in regards to the
issues we face as alternative families and the issues our children
face on a daily basis.

Saturday April 17. 2010---Bowling Fun Night Colonial Lanes- Chester, NY

Saturday May 16. 2010--- Trevor Zoo- Millbrook, NY

Saturday June 19. 2010--- Pot Luck Dinner & Outdoor Movie Night
  •     Meeting 5 PM  at Cindy & Susans house, Bloomingrove, NY
  •     $5.00 Per family
  •     Movie- " The Aristocats" Disney
  •     This event is limited to the first  30 people and will be cancelled in the event of rain.
  •     Please RSVP for directions  by Monday June 14.

  •     Trampoline, swing set & playhouse available for the kids.

Sunday July 25. 2010--- Picnic & Swim
  •    Bring your family and your picnic gear to Lake Wawayanda State Park,
        885 Warwick Turnpike Hewitt, NJ 07421 ( 10 minutes outside Warwick, NY.)
  •    Grills on site if needed, but limited so you may want to bring your own portable grill.
  •    Beach, playground, picnic areas, boating & fishing.  
  •    Cancelled in the event of rain.
  •    $10 Per Car
  •    Please arrive before 10:30 am as the park does get full and gates will close.
